IT WAS one of those steaks that stayed in the mind much longer than it did on the plate and that's saying something. It was unfeasibly large. And delicious. Although a winch may have been better than a knife and fork. Cheshire's finest 24, 24oz Bone-In Rib Eye took me 20 minutes to demolish and a further half-hour to describe. Eventually, I settled on a snowshoe. It was that big. You could also have paddled a kayak with it. Or played to a reasonable standard at lacrosse with it. It was that huge.
