When Laura Bush toured Europe this month, the first lady debuted a collection of suits created for her by the New York-based designer Arnold Scaasi. He naturally pronounced his group of six ensembles a success and now says he's ready to begin work on a second collection of clothes for her. In late April, Mrs. Bush asked Scaasi to design a selection of suits and cocktail dresses in time for her European trip with the president.
