The First Tee of Susquehanna Valley, an organization that helps kids build character through the game of golf, is hooking up with "Stroke of Genius,'' a movie about golfer Bobby Jones, who faced great challenges in his life and met them head on.
The film, which will be released nationwide on April 30, has Lancaster connections.
"We were responsible for raising all of the money for the film through private investors,'' says Donna Beers of The Private Consulting Group, 220 N. Duke St. "This is our first film.''
