ANAHEIM, Calif. -- Once upon a time,
Denny Neagle was known as a good pitcher who cracked walls in clubhouses with a shrill, realistic imitation of a train whistle.
Then he became known as a guy who signed a five-year, $51 million deal with the Colorado Rockies but hasn't pitched since the middle of 2003 because of elbow problems.
Now he is known as a guy who didn't know how to handle his down time. He was arrested in October 2003 for driving under the influence. Last week, he was arrested for soliciting a prostitute.
It was too much for the Rockies. Even though they still owe him $19 mill...
