Eligio Cerval-Peña describes what happened when he decided to teach university-level mathematics to Y8.
It was whilst I was on placement doing my PGCE, teaching an exceptionally able Y8 group, that I had the opportunity to introduce them to modular arithmetic, known more colloquially as 'clock maths'.
