Mills, Dolores Valerius Wednesday, August 18, 2004 Mills, Dolores Valerius 74, of Oak View, CA died on August 13, 2004 at Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura, CA of multiple organ failure following a hip fracture. She was born on June 9, 1930 in Alton, IL, the daughter of Joseph J. and Elizabeth Springman. She attended St. Mary's College in South Bend, IN and taught kindergarten prior to her marriage in 1950 to Edward Mills. The couple moved to Wisconsin in 1956.
