When Michael Rosicki joined Parmalat Canada as pres. and CEO on Nov. 1, he joined a company that had seen tremendous growth in a very short time. That kind of growth spurt often brings with it problems.
Since 1997, Parmalat Canada has rocketed to its position as the largest dairy in the country, and ranks as the second largest food company in Canada through its acquisitions of Beatrice Foods Inc, Ault Foods Ltd., and Astro Yogurt Culture Products Co.
