Manifesto is like a Summerfest diary. And, dear diary, after a week, we're starting to get a little punchy.

We see things in a totally different light sunlight, mostly. And question it all. For instance, who takes off work to lunch here? And why?

"I came for the beer because I work at Firstar," says Lisa Folvag, grabbing a late lunch on Wednesday with her husband, Chris.
