The studio-savvy Manifesto could yet be a great live band, but it isn't getting much practice. Largely in limbo since the recording of its still-unreleased album a year ago, the local electro-folk-rock quartet plays concerts only occasionally, usually at the 9:30 club, where it headlined over two other fledgling bands Friday.
