We were interested in the review article on serotonin syndrome and its management by Jones and Story in a recent issue of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care1. However we would like to make several additional points.

In addition to the drugs listed by the authors as inducing serotonin syndrome, several other drugs commonly used in anaesthesia may be implicated.
