Man Says He Was Shot by Young Female

A 19-year-old Santa Fe man who was shot in the leg outside a Fourth of July party at which a 14-year-old girl was seriously beaten said he was shot by a young female. Diego Mierra, 19, of Santa Fe said he was trying to "get people to disperse" from the 2000 block of the Calle Ensenada neighborhood where several parties were going on when a series of fights broke out.
