After determining that an apartment complex owner had incorrectly assumed a settlement had been reached in the case, a judge has scheduled a June 1 trial date for the company's suit of the city of Lakeside Park over a zoning decision.
M & K Apartments operates a complex just east of the Interstate 75/Buttermilk Pike interchange and sued in U.S. District Court in Covington and in Kenton Circuit Court after the city rezoned nine adjacent acres to prohibit apartments.
