PATRICIA Diann Lexie went home to Winston-Salem to be buried this past weekend because, by the police account, around midnight Nov. 16, a man with a gun just felt "like killing someone" and shot her dead as she rode with her husband along the Anacostia Freeway. Patricia Lexie was executed. She and her husband of 11 months were headed home after visiting friends when a car pulled up alongside containing a dangerous formula - four youths and some firepower, according to Metropolitan police.
