If your wheels are spinning instead of growing, you could be making one of these top five mistakes in leg training:
5) Turning your feet in and out to "hit" different areas of the legs. Research shows changing the width of your stance affects muscle recruitment patterns, but turning your feet in or out on standing or seated exercises only puts your ankles and knees under unnecessary stress.
