Lear, UAW sued over harassment

Janesville -- A Janesville woman is suing Lear Seating Corp. and the United Auto Workers union that represented her, contending that the company allowed sexual harassment in the workplace, then retaliated when she complained. She also contends that the union breached its duty to represent her.
Kathryn Strain is asking for unspecified compensatory and punitive damages from Lear and UAW Local 95.
