Navy officer uses humor to build cohesive teams.
Two years ago LCDR Charles "Chip" Lutz, USN, stumbled across an innovative management strategy in USA Today. The commander of Milwaukee's Naval Reserve Center read how "laughter clubs" were fueling positive energy into organizations, including the Pentagon.
"So I 'Googled' the World Laughter Tour and decided that day I was going to become a certified laughter leader," he said. "I had nothing to lose except a couple hundred bucks, and it just sounded fun."
