TULSA _ A net loss from continuing operations of $314,456, or 2 cents per share, was reported Friday for the second fiscal quarter ended Jan. 31 by LaTex Resources Inc.

The Tulsa firm had reported a profit of $99,035, or no cents per share, for the same period of fiscal 1994.

Revenues from continuing operations dropped 28 percent to $2.1 million from $2.9 million.

Financial results for the first half of fiscal 1995 were not available.

LaTex attributed the lower revenues and earnings to continued weakness in crude oil and natural gas prices.
