On the day when our nation chooses its leader, let's put some things into presidential perspective: - Woodrow Wilson was president the last time South Carolina received a mugging as bad as Saturday's. Florida State's 59-0 victory in Columbia, S.C., was the Gamecocks' worst home defeat ever. It also knocked South Carolina out of the Top 20. - Dwight Eisenhower was president the last time Alabama lost two games in a season at Bryant-Denny Stadium. That was 1955.
