L'Auberge has a new chef to star in its newly renovated formal dining room. Make that a pair of chefs, for they are a husband-and- wife team, Guy Hulin and Noreen Nagao, who is a pastry chef.

Hulin, who is French, has worked in three-star restaurants around the world, from Grand Vefour, Paul Bocuse and La Tour D'Argent in France to the Regent in Bangkok, the Royal Hotel Taipei in Taiwan and Hotel Tahiti in Tahiti.
