When Henry Kissinger was secretary of state, he did more than most to demonize the Palestine Liberation Organization and hamper the settlement of the Palestinian issue. Apparently, however, he does not feel he did enough. From his private offices in New York, he is now firing barrages of editorial missiles at the organization and the concept of Palestinian rights.
