The 42nd Street Moon theater company will be staging a long-neglected musical written by Jerome Kern and Oscar Hammerstein II titled 'Three Sisters.' The musical is about the lives of the daughters of an impoverished English photographer, which spawned two songs subsequently popularized by Fred Astaire but did not itself become popular when it was produced in England. Director Greg McKellan revived the musical based on notes from the Rodgers and Hammerstein archives and from old copies in the Library of Congress.
