Kendall Square Research Corp., which now occupies a 73,000-square-foot building in Waltham, has signed a long-term lease and purchase option for Bedford Research Park, a 336,000-square-foot office park in Bedford. The property, which consists of six interconnected buildings on a 23-acre campus-like setting on Route 3, has been renamed Kendall Square Research Park. Michael B. Sherman of Whittier Partners led a corporate facilities team which represented Kendall Square Research.
