The purchase price was $585,500.
The company's original and other site is at 1501 Exchange Ave.
K & K's second location consists of a three-year-old 10,000-square-foot metal building with office and warehouse space, including coolers, and a 1,200-square-foot garage for maintenance of the company's 40 delivery trucks.
