K 2007, the 17th edition of the world's biggest and longest-running truly international plastics and rubber trade fair, kicks off on Wednesday 24 October, and will close its doors on some very weary visitors a week later.
Back in October 2004, over 2,900 exhibitors and 231,000 trade visitors from more than 100 countries flocked to K 2004. Organiser Messe Dusseldorf is keeping its fingers crossed that the feat can be repeated this year, if not bettered. Preparations to make it happen are in full swing.
