You can't replace an analyst with the ability of Matt Millen and come out ahead.

Millen left his spot as the No. 2 game analyst for Fox Sports' National Football League telecasts and took his skill, passion and wisdom with him. Along with Dick Stockton and the rest of that team, it performed consistently better than Fox's No. 1 team of Pat Summerall and John Madden.
