Jerry Butler to autograph his book
Jerry Butler, the vocalist with the velvety baritone voice and a member of the Cook County Board of Commissioners, will be signing his book Only the Strong Survive: Memoirs of a Soul Survivor at African American Images Bookstore, Saturday, July 21 from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., at 1909 W. 95th St.
Butler, an original member of the Impressions, is the performer of "For Your Precious Love," "Only the Strong Survive" and "Hey Western Union Man."
