James G. Bradley, 44, a former forest ranger who worked as a legislative aide for the House Natural Resource Committee's subcommittee on national parks, forests and public lands from the late 1980s until 1994, died Dec. 25 at the Washington Hospice. He had AIDS. For the last year, Mr. Bradley, who lived in Washington, worked as a management analyst at the Patent Trade Office. He was born in Elsah, Ill., graduated from Principia College in Illinois, and then joined the Forest Service.
