Richard & David Jacobs Group is dropping Richard H. Adler & Associates as the outside leasing representative for its downtown office properties, including Society Tower, Ohio's tallest building.
The Westlake-based developers are bringing their leasing in-house, confirmed Richard H. Adler, president of the real estate brokerage. He said the transition will be effective in "a couple of weeks." Jacobs Group didn't say why it is making the switch, he added.
