Jacob W. Rupp, 83, of Lancashire Hall, formerly of Paradise, died Monday night at Lancaster General Hospital after a long illness.
Rupp taught driver's education for 27 years at Cocalico School District. He retired in 1982. He started his career teaching a year in Maryland and five years in the Trevortown School District.
A 1937 graduate of the former Denver High School, he earned a bachelor's degree in industrial arts in 1949 from the former Millersville State Teachers' College. He also attended summer school at Penn State University and New York University, where he earned a master's degre...
