J & J Snack Foods Corp., Pennsauken, N.J., has acquired Hom/Ade Foods Inc., Pensacola, Fla., a manufacturer and distributor of biscuits and dumplings sold under the Mary B's and private label brands.
Hom/Ade Foods' annual sales are approximately $30 million.
