PORT-OF-SPAIN, Trinidad -- Peter Bjerke is a giant of a man, 6 foot 6 and thick through the shoulders, with a wild shock of blond hair that looks windblown even indoors. The 44-year-old Swede travels the Caribbean Sea in his 36-foot sailboat, the Odyssey.
