Bhubaneshwar, (WFS) - Fifty-seven-year-old Tulasi Munda still has the eyes of a five-year-old who yearned - more than anything else in the world - to go school, but couldn't. It's quite another matter that she received one of India's highest awards, the Padmashree, in 2001.
"Education is not for earning, education is Life," explains Tulasi. Her strong conviction encourages many tribal families to respond.
