Harold Eugene Hess, 68, of Elizabethtown, formerly of Manheim, passed away at the Hershey Medical Center on Friday morning following a five month illness. Born in Pottstown, Pa., he was the son of the late Henry and Stella May Hess. Harold was the husband of Pauline Pollie E. Risser Hess, they had been married in April 2006. He was the husband of the late Judith A. Cooper Hess, who passed away in April 1998. He attended Rothsville schools and graduated from Warwick High School where he played basketball.
