The Handel & Haydn Society, one of Boston's most enduring musical institutions, is planning a schedule of four free concerts in June in appreciation of the public's support for the past 175 years. On June 2, at Jordan Hall, baritone Sanford Sylvan will give a recital, accompanied in "Die Schone Mullerin" by fortepianist David Breitman. On June 8, at Trinity Church, Copley Square, the Handel & Haydn chorus, directed by assistant conductor Jeffrey Rink, will give a concert featuring works of the Spanish Renaissance, the Venetian Baroque, Brahms and Bruckner.
