H & R 1871 is offering a $20 consumer rebate, which is designed to draw customers into guns shops this fall.
Consumers will receive the rebate on the purchase of new New England Firearm (NEF) HandiRifles, H & R Ultra and Ultra Varmint Rifles. Buffalo Classics and Target model rifles. To be eligible for the rebate, customers must make their purchases no later than Nov. 30, 2005. The promotion began Sept. 1.
