The Boston School Committee unanimously voted last night to close Grover Cleveland Middle School in 2008 to make room for two more popular schools. The school, on Charles Street in Dorchester, has been plagued by low test scores and declining enrollment. Current Cleveland students will be allowed to graduate, but the sixth grade will be eliminated, starting next year. "Their enrollment's been declining steadily," said Superintendent Thomas W.
