Splitting time between the Westover Air Force Base in Chicopee and serving in Pakistan for the past 19 months, Gregory Quill is finally enjoying some time in his Winchester home with his wife, Annie, and their 2 1/2-year-old son, Michael. But as a member of the Air Force Reserves Security Forces, Quill is on active duty and has been on what is called 72-hour notice. That, he said, basically means "we have our bags packed and we're ready to go," possibly to fight in Iraq.
