Volunteers construct building quietly
DAYTON - The building almost seems to be rising by stealth.
On vacant lots on the east side of South Main Street, between Vine Street and Burns Avenue, concrete blocks, sheet metal and steel would show up seemingly overnight, behind a snow fence with a polite sign, "No trespassing, please."
