Eau Claire -- Television personality Leeza Gibbons and comedian David Brenner are among the defendants in a defamation lawsuit filed by a former Eau Claire woman who once had a relationship with Brenner, court records show.

Charisse Brody Weason's lawsuit alleges that during a Dec. 7, 1999, episode of the television talk show "Leeza," Brenner and Gibbons made untrue statements about her, resulting in shame, ridicule and humiliation.
