Staff For nearly 50 years, he called on public works departments throughout New England George Russell , employed by Atlantic Broom Service of Hyde Park, Mass., for nearly a half-century, passed away suddenly on August 31. Cubby Kiley, son of company founder, the late John Kiley, remembered George in this note to New England Construction: "George Russell was employed by Atlantic Broom Service, Inc. for 49 years.
