A management team has bought G Costa, the specialist food manufacturer and distribution company, in a deal worth 12m [pounds sterling].
The MBO is led by md Tim Barlow and financial director Nick Williams and three other directors.
The company is best known for its Blue Dragon, Curry Club and Keddies Saucemasters brands. It also distributes international food products such as Tabasco Sauce and Pogens Krisprolls.
