SYRACUSE - Thomas Anelli, the Syracuse DWI-defense attorney well known for his radio ads, has continued the rapid expansion of his practice in recent months.

Earlier this year, Anelli opened offices in Manhattan and Buffalo, both staffed by one attorney each. Rachel Kugel is staffing the Manhattan office and John Gilmour is in the Buffalo location.

Anelli built his practice by taking cases throughout New York. Opening offices in other locations was a natural next step, he says.

In 2006, he opened a location in Watertown and one in Ithaca.
