Dennis Conner recently challenged for the America's Cup 2003, under sponsorship of the New York Yacht Club. The winner of more than 100 America's Cup trial races, Conner took home the cup in 1974, 1980, 1987 and 1988. No skipper has been more successful in the modern history of the races.
