Dr. Gloria Ann Fuller-Kimbrough, 62, of Manlius, Educator, Community Leader, Social Reform and a Women & Children's Rights Advocate, died Saturday in her home. Born in Troy, she was a former resident of Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and Syracuse. She received her BA in Education from SUNY at Oneonta, her MA in Counseling from Syracuse University, her CAS in Educational Administration from SUNY Oneonta, and her Doctorate in Educational Organization and Administrative Policy from the University of Buffalo.
