Go For It... Live! Fu Manchu *** The Fu Manchu sound is not a hard one to pinpoint. Simply put, the band sounds like Black Sabbath, if Ozzy and the boys had stayed off the drugs, and had the endless summers of Southern California to keep them lively. Fu Manchu has always been able to combine its love of customized vans, Vans tennis shoes and souped-up hot rods with simple, buzzing riffs into a mix that works incredibly well both on wax and in the live set.
