Frances I. Connor, 64, of Stevens Street, East Petersburg, PA, entered into rest amongst her family on April 9, 2008, after a long battle with cancer. She was the wife of David W. Connor, with whom she celebrated 41 years of marriage this past November.
Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Leon H. and Elizabeth Gamble Groff. She graduated from Manheim Twp. High School in 1962 and furthered her vocational training at Empire Beauty School, Lancaster.
