This story started with a tip that sounded implausible.

There's this family, I was told. It's a mom and dad and their 10 grown children and their 42 grandchildren and three great- grandchildren.

And they go to church together on Sunday. At 7:30 in the morning. The teenagers, too. They fill several pews at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Genesee Depot.

Then they go to one of the children's homes for a huge breakfast, creating a parking lot of a dozen or more car...
