Hundreds of brightly colored carp poke their mouths out of the lake at Long's Park in Lancaster gasping for air. Along the water's edge, a smattering of fish move sluggishly among the hundreds of Koi, goldfish and even some catfish that have already died. The fish are suffocating, city officials say.
