Lancaster County Court will soon see a changing of the guard. The county's judges Tuesday unanimously elected Judge Louis J. Farina to the post of president judge, filling the position held for the past five years by Michael Georgelis. Farina, a nearly 20-year veteran of the county bench, will assume his new responsibilities Jan. 3. "I'm looking forward to the challenge," Farina said Wednesday.
