ROUND LAKE, MN -- Farley's & Sathers Candy Co., Inc. (F & S) is the new owner of the North American trademark rights to the Trolli brand and a production facility in Creston, IA. The company purchased the gummi brand and factory for an undisclosed amount from the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co., which announced it would sell the brand soon after it acquired it from Kraft Foods, Inc. last June.
